The Scintilla Charter Academy Nutrition Department is committed to providing nutritious, well-balanced meals to our scholars each day throughout the school year. Our mission is to ensure every student has access to healthy meals that fuel learning, support growth and development, and encourage lifelong healthy eating habits.

The Scintilla Charter Academy School Nutrition Program plays an important role in helping scholars receive the nourishment they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. All menus are carefully planned to meet the strict guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Each meal served at Scintilla Charter Academy includes the required USDA meal components and meets federal nutrition standards specific to the age and grade levels of the students we serve.
